Christmas in CanberraClient: ACT Government, City Renewal Authority

After a particularly challenging year for everyone and the Canberra CBD coming out of lockdown, the City Renewal Authority put its focus on supporting the community this Christmas.
In what is to date their biggest program ever, as a government agency they were able to assemble a village of delivery partners to make Christmas a little bit warmer, softer and a seamless experience for the community and customers.
Enter, native floral characters and the Gang Gang!

Led by consumer research developed by pollinate, the identity and campagin elements were developed by Studio John Fish and Julia Laskowski to celebrate the beloved natural elements from our city, including our iconic Gang Gang cockatoo.
The campaign had wide range of deliverables, from digital marketing and social tiles to artwork setup reskining the tree in the CBD. This was printed by Instant Colour Press and produce custom graphic elements throughout the City that were installed by Damsel Sprout and AVL.
